To elect the following Trustee who is retiring and standing for re-election:

  1. Presentation of the Trustees Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ending 31 March 2021
  1. Resolution 3:

To adopt the Financial Statements for the year ending 31 March 2021

  1. Resolution 4:

To appoint Menzies as auditors for next year and authorise the Trustees to agree their remuneration
