Help to Claim

Posted on 1st April 2019 by cas

Today Citizens Advice Southwark has launched a new service called Help to Claim for those who need help to apply for Universal Credit in Southwark.

People will now be able to get support from us, from submitting their Universal Credit application to getting their first full payment.

Help will be tailored to the individual and will be available face-to-face, over the phone on 0800 144 8 444 and online through our Help to Claim enquiry form

This may include assistance with the online application form or help with providing evidence like childcare costs and medical certificates.

Local organisations who work with people who need help applying for Universal Credit can also signpost into the service here

For more information please visit our Help to Claim page.
