Cost of Living Crisis Support Roadshow – 14th November 2022

Posted on 6th November 20221st February 2023 by cas

We are holding our next Cost of Living Crisis Support Roadshow at 10am to 1pm on Monday 14th November at Inspire – The Crypt at St.Peter’s Church, Liverpool Grove, Walworth SE17 2HH.

There will be advisers to help at the event from a range of organisations, including Citizens Advice Southwark, Age UK Southwark, Pecan, Spring Community Hub, and Latin American Women’s Rights Service, and also different teams from the council (including their Local Support Team).

The event will provide holistic advice and support to local people who are concerned about money and need benefits, debt, housing, income maximisation, energy, and employment support advice. In addition, Southwark residents receiving advice at the Roadshow will receive a £10 supermarket voucher, and there may also be financial help available for people with pre-payment meters.

With the cost of living crisis making things very difficult for a great many people we would appreciate it if you could please share information about the Roadshow with anyone you think might benefit from attending.
