Suspension of drop-in service

Following Government advice, drop-in face to face advice services at our 3 offices in Bermondsey, Peckham & Walworth are suspended from Thursday 5th November to Wednesday 2nd December. Advice and information is still available over the phone, by email, web-chat and online.

Please note all services will be closed for staff training on Thursday 12th November from 3pm.

Safe Reopening of Citizens Advice Southwark

Our face-to-face service is now available at all three offices from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

We have put measures in place to ensure all clients, staff and volunteers are as safe as possible from Covid-19. The use of face masks is encouraged if you are able to do so.

Our telephone and e-mails service is also still available.

There are things you can do to help you avoid getting coronavirus, also known as COVID-19. There are also things you can do to stop the virus spreading if you think you have it.

You can read more about the symptoms of coronavirus and how to avoid it on the NHS website.

You can also read guidance on how the UK is affected by coronavirus on GOV.UK. This guidance from the government is updated every day.

You can also watch British Sign Language versions of government advice on the SignHealth website.
